Registration and login are required to submit manuscripts online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
Authors must confirm that the submission meets the following requirements. Manuscripts may be returned if essential items are missing.
- The manuscript is original and is not under consideration elsewhere.
- The manuscript file is prepared in Microsoft Word DOC/DOCX format.
- The title page, author details, abstract, keywords and references are complete.
- References include DOI or URL where available.
- Figures, tables and legends are clear and properly indicated.
- Ethical approval, consent, conflict of interest and funding declarations are included where applicable.
- Blind review requirements are followed where required.

The journal accepts manuscripts related to colorectal surgery, surgical science, minimally invasive surgery, colorectal oncology, perioperative care, complications, case-based learning and new developments in colorectal disease management.
